Where are Elasticities scarfs made?

Elasticities are designed in the studio in Copenhagen after traveling and ordering the material from the different cities. Elasticities scarfs are manufactured in Rhône, France. 

Our working process

Orders ship from Monday to Saturday from our studio in Copenhagen by POST Nord. We would ask for 1-2 days to pack & ship your order. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are invoiced in DKK. 

Domestic orders

All domestic orders sent within Denmark will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

International orders

Orders outside Denmark will be shipped out within 1-2 days and will be delivered within 5 working days. We ship worldwide.

Returns

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund minus any original shipping costs paid to the payment method used. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a Return. You can also reach us on email, if you go to 'contact'.

Privacy policy

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. 

Resale policy

You may purchase products on elasticities.net for personal use only. By placing an order on elasticities.net, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale.

Elasticities does not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time when you purchase it. If it happens that item is unavailable at that moment, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
